I work with people who want to create a thriving purpose driven life, but feel powerless, stuck or lost. I help them align with their truth, and create life strategies that will propel them forward with ease and confidence, so they can finally make their deep impact in the world.
My name is Carla Coach. I am passionate about helping conscious seekers Awaken and Transform. I help you claim your worth and realize their full potential in life.
My gift is seeing below the surface and tracking patterns we each use to manage shame. These unconscious patterns often prevent us from moving forward, finding purpose and living our destiny. I am passionate about you become conscious of these patterns, so that you can become free.
I work with people who feel lost, stuck or powerless. I help them discover the truth of who they are and claim passion, purpose and empowerment
MY PHILOSOPHY
- We’re all intuitive. We are all are wired with our own innate inner guidance system. We receive intuitive guidance in different ways.
- Guidance is available when you are present and listen. When you’re afraid or living from a past pattern, you block your intuition. Intuition speaks to you in the silent moments, when fear, doubt and mental chatter is absent and you hear or feel something and simply know what’s true for you.
- You have a unique skill set, a purpose or calling here in this life to make an impact in this world. Our world needs you. Go Shine Your Light where you are called.
- A good reading confirms what you already know. It offers support and guidance in the form of an honest, compassionate perspective.
- Healing comes through Acceptance of your Limitations, honoring and feeling your feelings, and surrendering to your truth and next steps.

My Story
Growing up in small town that was known for its production of fossil fuels, I was born with a birth defect and scarring on my kidneys from the toxic air pollution of power plants nearby. I learned while in the womb that the environment did not feel like a safe place for my sensitive soul. After a major surgery at age one, and years of horrific abuse from doctor visits, I created a story that put me at war with my body. I became a victim and in shame for who I was and feeling very unsafe in my environment. Underneath every question I pondered was the fear of “me verses the environment”. I struggled with extra weight my whole life that was creating a barrier of protection, unconsciously working to keep me “safe” and unseen.
While on a healing experience in Mexico, I wrote a statement that would forever change my life, “My body supports my Highest service”. Now my pain, shame and my health was linked to my desire to serve and make a deep impact, and my current state of health was in the way. I found myself in spiritual crisis. I wanted nothing more than to step up and be of service in a big way, yet was terrified of being visible. This fear had kept me in state of “Purpose Paralysis” for far too long. To really move forward with my mission I needed to get over myself, and choose service in spite of fear! The only way I could truly miss my calling is by playing small and never taking a risk towards it.
I returned home in a new and animated state of being. I felt empowered. I found myself more committed to being of service and to my calling. I took steps every day that supported my growth. I became more in more in tune with my body and what it needed. Every positive step I took and commitment that I made affirmed my worth more and more. In the following years, opportunities arose for me to facilitate growth and transformation for others. I found I loved this work. I lost 85 lbs and I am currently engaged to a beautiful, kind, man who supports my growth and evolution as I support his.
Today, I have a daily practice of working with the shadow and unconscious beliefs. I am able to view life through the lens of the observer, beyond the drama, past trauma and victim consciousness. I am aligned more with my authentic self, and allow more balance, joy and compassion into my life. I no longer feel like a victim of my body and view my sensitivity and past experience as part of my chosen soul contract.

You require assurance of success before you take the first step. You desire relationships that are deeply fulfilling, authentic and supportive, before you dare risk being vulnerable. You want to know your purpose, yet you avoid the real work that it takes to get there. You know you are destined for more but don’t know how to align and move forward.
I am here to tell you that it doesn’t work that way. In order to create the change you desire and to live your purpose, you need a strong foundation and daily practice of conscious reflection. If you’re willing, I will compassionately guide you through the core obstacles that keep you stuck in repetitive cycles and help to reveal your potential.
